General Rules

Treat everyone with respect!
  1. Please speak to other members of this forum in a polite manner.
  2. Do not insult anyone, for any reason. Just say nothing at all if you have too.
  3. If someone does not reply to you, do not push for a response. Be patient.
  4. Do not DM members repeatedly if they are not responding to you.
  5. Do not antagonise others to break rules. You will receive the punishment if you do.
  6. Respect others opinions. Even if they do not match your own.
  7. Do not advertise mods that are not your own work unless you are given permission. Which we may confirm with you.

Topic Creation
  1. Do not create threads about mod issues, please report it on the mod thread itself.
  2. When creating a mod thread, please title it informatively. Examples can be found at the bottom of this page.
  3. When creating a mod thread, please reserve the 2nd post space for future bug fixes so people can look here for answers. This helps later when people ask for help.
  4. Do not start any threads you think could lead to drama.

Posting Messages
  1. Do not post links that lead to anything pirated - Assets, Games, Software, anything.
  2. Do not inform people of where they can find anything pirated.
  3. Try not to double post if you can help it. Use the "Edit Post" button and just add a new section below your old message. Example can be found at the bottom of this page.

Asking For Help
  1. When having an issue with a mod, please check the 2nd post of that mods thread before asking. That should hopefully have your answer.
  2. Please give as many details as you can if you need assistance providing the 2nd post does not contain your answer..
  3. If you manage to solve an issue, please explain how so others can find it. And the mod author can place it on their 2nd post.

Giving Help
  1. When giving help, please give clear, easy instructions. Not just "Already answered somewhere above". Or point them to the 2nd post if it contains their answer.

    Rule Breaking

If you break any of the rules with severity to them. Your actions will be reviewed by the Moderator Team and a fitting punishment will be given. If your actions are not serious you will be given a warning. If this happens a 2nd time you receive a 30 day ban. If you continue after your ban has finished you will be banned permanently.

    Examples

    Example Thread Title

If a mod is specific to a certain version, please specify it as seen below.
    PC = Any PC version
    PC-Steam = Only Steam version

When titling your thread please use Game + Platform followed by name.
This way they are very easy to understand and cannot be misinterpreted:

    [FF7 PC] My Thread Title
    [FF8 PS1] My Mod Name
    [FF9 PC-Steam] My Mod Name

If your thread is about a program, you should that as a tag too.

    [FF7 PC][Software] My Software Name

This helps us keep the forum clean, and easy for people to navigate.

    Example Of Editing A Post

Instead of filling a thread with questions you forgot to ask in your first post.
Use the edit button on your previous post and add a section to the bottom of it showing that it is an edit.

"Hey, I'm not sure how to run this mod. I tried it a few times and couldn't get past the start screen

EDIT: I'm using the Steam version on windows 10."
