problems with ITA Sub when i activate the echo mod

help me please....
I can finally play FF7 dubbed but I have a problem.
I installed the Italian subtitles via a patch to the Steam version.
when I activate any Mod, the subtitles work well.... as soon as I activate the dubbing Mod, all the writing in English returns!!! how can I solve it??
