Enable left touchpad menu on Steam Deck?

I saw on youtube a 7th heaven install on a steam deck where the left touchpad works as a shortcut menu for speedhacks etc. I was wondering how can I activate this? On my steamdeck with 7th heaven the left touchpad does nothing...
